Re: 1930 Ford Model A Murray Bodied Four Door Sedan (PICS)
Nice car! Congratulations on the addition to your collection. Will look forward to your posts on your progress of getting it back on the road. I have a 31 S/W Town Sedan and have been taking my time in rebuilding the brakes, just finished the fronts and beginning to disassemble the rears. Hope to have my car back on the road sometime in March. Again, congratulations on getting the car you wanted!

Nice buy. It's nice to see there are still a few good buys out there. I hope there are no surprizes in store, like the real plans are to send the car to hot rod hell!

Very nice car! The cat will keep it free of any more mice and the heater will keep you warm! That's an aftermarket Autolight heater and the cast covers are fairly easy to find. It might be a reasonable idea, when you put new oil in it before you run the engine, to pull the distributor and pour the first of four quarts into the valve chamber. I'd suggest some Marvel Mystery oil in the gas and oil and then run it. Keep us up to date on your progress............... Gar Williams

Looks like a great find! The doors dont appear to be sagging,so hopefully the wood is in good shape.Get it running well, fix the top so it doesnt leak & get it in good shape mechanically. You may find that the front running board braces are broken or at least bent.
