finally back on the project again. . .
hello fordbarn folks, been busy with non ford stuff, but had a little time for something i care about, my 36 coupe.
fenders have been done for a while, but i wanted to spray undercoating on the inside for rocks etc. all four are done, i used U-pol raptor liner kit. it works very well.about $120.00. but here's the rear two getting the masking paper removed. just something to look at. thanks, kurt |

Those fenders truly are Something to look at. They are stunning. Were they nice fenders to begin with or were they repaired/restored to that condition? The excellent job on the coating is the icing on the cake.

My Coupe rear fenders tail light location have been welded in solid. Any chance you could make me a paper template on the inner tail light mounting piece ? Stretch |

Re: finally back on the project again. . .
i have a thread here called "36' tail pan repair" and it has the fender repair pics on them including tail light/gas filler hole mess my fender needed. see if that might help. if it will, i can get you a measurement from the bottom point of the fender, up and around the ridge, and the centers points of the holes. the inner metal ring reinforcement was something i added because it was only single thickness. the holes for the tail lights are not centered on the fenders ridge either. so you're going to need to have you tail light to help get it lined up so they're not pointed in strange direction. the tape measure will need to be flex-able as a seamstress would use.
