Craigslist, Orig 700 mile 1930 Model A????
Anyone familiar with this car?
I am not interested in buying it, but one has to wonder what it really is. Somehow I am thinking it is a restored car with 700 miles on it. Otherwise it might be something. 1930 Model A Ford (700org miles) (bensalem, pa) Date: 2011-06-15, 4:50PM EDT Reply to: [email protected] [Errors when replying to ads?] CLASSIC 1930 Model A Ford 4 cyl. Re: Craigslist, Orig 700 mile 1930 Model A????
How would they prove the mileage claim? Documentation of oil changes every 20 miles over 80 years? Pictures of the odometer from the 40's? Proof that the car has been stored since FDR's administration.
If it had been documented as a museum piece since new I might believe it. Perhaps he DOES have some verifiable evidence that makes $75 grand seem a bargin....

Price has dropped to $39,000 with no photos if this is the same car. |
