1946 Ford pickup on the road again!!
I was writer and host of the YouTube series "Wheels of the Past" before the Covid monster shut us down. I thought I would share an episode we did on the american pickup and a 46 Ford thick we brought back from the dead!!! Enjoy!!
Wheels of the Past episode 16. “ON THE ROAD AGAIN” Beginning at a Pennsylvania orchard we look at America’s favorite workhorse, the American pickup truck. Returning to Pioneer Auto in Murdo, South Dakota, we resurrect a 1946 Ford Pickup which has sat idle for over 34 years. With the assistance of RodFathers Garage in nearby Rapid City, we return the truck to road worthy condition. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYgmqLO_paU |

That was fun. Been to Murdo several times, thats where I saw the boxes of moth balls being eaten by mice laying on the floor of many cars

Wow! Man after my own heart. I loved the video! Thanks for posting it and if you get to the Pacific NW, you gotta stop by Jailbar Ranch.
