Who's restoring a Woody?
Here's my barn find '30 Wagon that I hope to finish! -

Re: Who's restoring a Woody?
The classic non detergent sludge, yours is thinner than most I have seen. Mine also had sticks and stones in it. Good reason to pull the Pan on an engine that has not been run in years. I bet when you first saw the oil on the dipstick it looked good, because the crap settled out to the bottom of the pan.

Re: Who's restoring a Woody?
Hey, that is neat. The James Bond ejection door is supposed to be on the passenger side however!
Speaking of doors, I know nothing of wagons. Are those somebody's home-made doors? Great looking project. |

Good luck, have you joined the Woody Wagons Special Interest Group, affiliated with MARC and MAFCA? It's a great start.

Re: Who's restoring a Woody?
Great project. Most parts are available. Metal and wood. I restored my 12/10/28 wagon in the mid 70s and I still have it. Join Woody Wagons, the special interest group for Model A station wagons.
