Default 1935 Ford 5 Window Paint

I have 1935 5 Window coupe, I would estimate the original paint on the body at 80%. All 4 fenders need body work and painted no question. My question is should the body just be touched up and match fenders as close as possible? Or repaint the entire car? I understand there are alot of factors, but what in terms of value and best practice for restoration would be the best route? Pics for reference.
