Default Its fixed!!

Hi once again, thanks to the information I received on this site my weeping carburetor is no longer weeping. I think it was GARY WA who hit the nail on the head. I took the bottom half off the car and tightened the main jet , it moved ever so slightly but it was enough to stop the weep. who would have thought. so thanks again . she starts right up, no exhaust leak and no gas leak. THE HOOCH

Thanks for the update. IMO, too often people ask for and receive help here but never let us know if they solved the problem. Even if the solution was not in a reply, it would be very helpful to the rest of us to know. Who knows, we might even learn something ourselves.

Hurray! Your dribbling problem has been solved! No need to call your urologist now.

Ditto to the comment posted by "Synchro909". Lots of time is spent thinking about a posted problem and then more time is invested framing and typing out a detailed solution - only not to be told afterwards whether the advice helped or not. Very frustrating for those trying to help strangers with their Model A problems and of zero value to those hoping for an answer to learn from a problem's resolution. This website is composed of volunteers, willing to share their expertise and time, not paid store employees, who couldn't care less whether their advice helped. We do care. It's only common courtesy to post a follow-up comment so that all may benefit from the discussion. "Sphooch" followed this time-honored convention. Thanks!
Marshall
