Looking for a few parts for a 55 F100 , 223
inline 6. I need the brake adjuster/tension pin located at the bottom
of the brakes, and also the hold down springs and slotted washers. For at least 3 wheels

Those parts should be available from a parts supply store. Try NAPA or someplace where they have a knowledgeable counter person.
