I’ve ordered parts directly from their website and it gets processed fast.

Don't forget that it's a small family-owned and run business. Michael is a very very hard worker, friendly and really knowledgeable about old Ford parts. All those characteristics add up to him and his wife being very, very busy. Have a bit of patience and you will get what you need if they have it. I've never been disappointed.

Just order online. Takes a while to find what you are looking for. If you call them remember their hours are Monday-Thursday and they are in the Central time zone.

You can order directly off their web page as the others have said. It's fast service from my experience. If you email them they will eventually find your order but that is not the preferred method. They answer phones I think up until 3 pm (cst). I also believe they do not take phone calls most of Friday for the simple reason of processing orders. Since it is a small business they need time away from the phone to process orders and do component repair in the shop. Like every business they are looking to hire, however, very few if any qualified folks apply.

As others have said online ordering is easy and ships quickly. The few times I have called I have gotten a very nice lady and was able to work with them easy. Quality parts and your helping a small family business.
