Purchasing an A...red flags

Yes, this is a great hobby and part of the fun is the process of restoration.
I do however have a red flag when a high dollar car has dual fender mounted spare tires. I tend to believe that the seller is trying to conceal a large space at the lower rear hood corners and cowl band.
