Wiring for Dome Light AND Electric Wiper
I have a 1929 Fordor (60-C) and I have a dome light and an electric wiper. I'm trying to find out whether there were originally one or two wires that go through the clips under the gas tank, along the inside of the cowl and firewall on their way to the terminal box. I want to make this correct to how it was originally.
There have been posts showing pictures of the electric wiper wiring in this area and diagrams showing dome light wiring, but I don't know if I should have two wires under the gas tank or if the dome light and wiper were spliced into a single wire that ran to the terminal block. Also, if there are separate wires, what color should the dome light wire be. Thanks in advance for any help. |

Re: Wiring for Dome Light AND Electric Wiper
Look in the Ford Service Bulletins date October 1928 for a drawing on page 291 of the wiring for dome light and electric wiper motor.
See June 1929 for another picture, page 356. I don't know the wire colors. HTH.
