Default Some Fun In Fantasy Land

This may be fun: A fantasy conversation between a new car owner (like a Vette or something exotic) and a Model A owner. I'll post a few that came to my mind and let's see you guys and gals post some of your own.

Vette Dude: I can smoke my tires in three gears.
Model A Dude: My tires smoke when my brakes stick

Vette Dude: I'm late arriving because my navigation system is down right now.
Model A Dude: I'm late arriving because my map blew out the window.

Vette Dude: I have dual climate control and the wife loves it.
Model A Dude: My wife hates the smell of exhaust so tolerates the side curtains missing.

YOU GUYS GET THE POINT. ADD A FEW. YEAH I TOOK A VACATION DAY TODAY AND NO I'M NOT DRINKING...YET!

Vette Dude: I've got a twin exhaust
Model A Dude: Me too. One out the back and one at the flange.

Model A Dude: I have the most complex software ever made (between my ears) to control ignition timing, fuel mixture, shift timing, sophisticated navigation calculations, and much more.

Vette Dude: I can't believe the thief took less then 30 seconds to get in, start, and drive away with my car.

Model A Dude: I can't believe I laughed for more than 30 minutes watching that thief trying to figure out how to start my car.

Just because someone has a different car doesn't make them WEIRD! It's more fun to ADMIRE their car & get them talking. We might LURN SOMETHING & meet some really FINE & interesting folks. If you're gonna' be a TURD, go lay in the YARD.
Did you know that the SBC design was almost chosen to replace the Ford Flathead V-8, in 1954? It was designed by FORD ENGINEERS!!!

SO that's why the Ford Y-Block Y-8 (came out in '54) is the ONLY Ford with the distributor in the back of the engine (aka SBC)?

NO, there was a TRUE SBC type design, shelved in favor of the Y-Block Design. Years later, some of the engines were discovered in a storage facility, somewhere??? I've seen PICS of them.

SO you're saying they screwed up twice by putting the distributor in the back where you can't easily get to it?? haha!
