Default Starter coils

I am looking for 12 volt starter coils for 32-34 ford 4 cylinder all I find is 28-31 . Are they all the same coils . Thanks

flathead, Do you have 6 volt coils? Today, I will complete the conversion of a Model A starter to 12 volts using the original field coils. This is the 6th or 7th starter I have done this way.
If you have the 6 volts coils, I would be happy to explain what I do. It would take quite a long post to do it here and even though I have had no problems with any I have converted, there would be those here who say it can't be done.
