'40 front pass brake line, (pipe)
The prior caretakers of the '40 replaced the right front brake line. Kind of a sloppy job. I have bent up a replacement, and would like to see how Ford originally bent the end of the line & fitting to attach to the right front passenger side brake hose in the bracket on the frame. Anyone have a photo they could share. Thank you Fordbarners.

Anyone sell these either NOS, NORS, or current pre-made. I can make my own, but it would be quicker to get one already made.

Re: '40 front pass brake line, (pipe)
C&G (800) 266-0470) sells brake line kits with the lines at correct pre cut lengths, including the necessary nuts. For your 40 order 91A-2269, $58.50. Use your existing lines to bend the replacements into shape. If you plan to make your own lines be aware that you need a special tool to form the double ends of the lines. If any of the current lines on your car show evidence of tampering, it is best to replace all lines, including the three hoses. The drum brakes on old cars are already at a disadvantage to modern vehicles with disc brakes and dual systems. At our shop, we regularly find rusty lines, mostly due to winter driving, some repaired with compression fittings, or even copper tubing! These are really accidents waiting to happen!
