Default Detailing heads and intake

what is the best way and products to detail the heads and intake from a leaky carb and fuel pump on a stock 1936 Club Cab

It might help to post photos so people can see what the finishes are and what you are trying to clean-up and the conditions you are working with, assembled or disassembled. If you are trying to remove simple gas stains, carb cleaner generally works. Carb cleaner is hard on paint so I wouldn't go wild with it. Do you have an raw aluminum or painted cast iron intake? I have used the foaming engine degreasers but never on an old car with fabric covered wires, I don't think that would be a good idea. What are you trying to achieve? Welcome to the barn by the way.
