Default December, 1927 Introduction Mystery

The attached image appeared recently on the HAMB historic photos thread. I believe it's a shot of a 1928 Tudor being removed from a hotel ballroom after the "New Ford's" introduction gala. I say "after" because the Tudor is not under wraps. The men's clothing and the radiator cover on the vehicle on the right are consistent with cold weather... not LA or any other southern US city. The Beardmore truck, the vehicle on the right, and the Tudor are all LH drive (and, yes, some poor soul is steering the Tudor!). I can find no reference anywhere to a Beardmore firm of truckers/riggers. Here's the rub... that's not the Waldorf Hotel, so it's not NY. Where is it?
