The speedo on the right is a 1937 standard due to the three digit trip odometer. I am guessing the other two are 1938 deluxe based on the four digit trip odometers.

Middle and left are 39 Dlx. Here is a pic of a 38 Dlx speedometer.

1937 Standard on right, other two 1939 Ford Deluxe
