Model T windshield question?
Hello,
I was recently buying some model a truck parts from a woman who is selling out some things from her father's estate, while I was there looking around one of the things she had was this Model T Ford windshield. I don't know much about Model T Fords so I thought I would post a picture of it here to see if anybody could tell me what year model T this fits? She is interested in selling the windshield but I would like to know what year it is before I advertise it for sale, any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Model T windshield question?
This and some other MTFCA discussions show some '13 '14 hinge photos.

Re: Model T windshield question?
I'm going to be at the place where it is tomorrow, I'll take a couple more pics of it and post them. It seems to be in pretty good shape. After I have posted a couple more pics I would be interested in an approximate value of them.

Re: Model T windshield question?
Model T's did not have safety glass originally, they had plate glass. If this is an original, then I would suggest that you let the buyer know that they need to install safety glass.

Re: Model T windshield question?
It appears as though the hinge could be the remnants of a Vanguard - definitely NOT a 1914 hinge which is a "one year only". The w.s. stay rods are pretty much straight on a '13 as the w.s. folded forward towards the hood - '14 rods had a definite bend as that w.s. folds inwards towards the driver.
