Default Model T windshield question?

Hello,
I was recently buying some model a truck parts from a woman who is selling out some things from her father's estate, while I was there looking around one of the things she had was this Model T Ford windshield. I don't know much about Model T Fords so I thought I would post a picture of it here to see if anybody could tell me what year model T this fits? She is interested in selling the windshield but I would like to know what year it is before I advertise it for sale, any information would be appreciated.
Thank you.

This and some other MTFCA discussions show some '13 '14 hinge photos.

I'm going to be at the place where it is tomorrow, I'll take a couple more pics of it and post them. It seems to be in pretty good shape. After I have posted a couple more pics I would be interested in an approximate value of them.

Here is a little better picture of the hinge, I think over all it is in pretty good shape. The glass is good and other think it would be usable the way it is for an un restored car.

Model T's did not have safety glass originally, they had plate glass. If this is an original, then I would suggest that you let the buyer know that they need to install safety glass.

It appears as though the hinge could be the remnants of a Vanguard - definitely NOT a 1914 hinge which is a "one year only". The w.s. stay rods are pretty much straight on a '13 as the w.s. folded forward towards the hood - '14 rods had a definite bend as that w.s. folds inwards towards the driver.

So does that mean that it is probably a 13? I know the pictures are not great, but the people who own it were not there that day so I didn't mess with it much. Maybe I can get some better pics later and then I'll probably post it in the swap meet section here and try to sell it for them, I really have no clue about the value of it though.
