Can someone please tell me if the bows are the same in 38, 39 and 40 std. sedans? I am missing the front one in my 38 and have seen some 39s for sale.

Yes. 38, 39, and 40 sedan hood lining bows are the same.
PN for #1 bow is 81A705024-A
