1989 Cadillac
I know I am way off topic here but I'm asking this for a friend. He is in need of a Hood, grill, left hand headlight and left front bumper mount for a 1989 Seville 4 door sedan. There is no hope of finding one over here so I'm turning to you guys for help. Any help, even suggestion on where I might go to find something would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance. Last edited by Synchro909; 03-05-2022 at 06:27 AM. |

Try ebay. Also try a google search. The junk yards in the States have a locator system so that if one junk yard does not have a part they can search all the other junk yards. Does Australia have a similar system?

Re: 1989 Cadillac
First thing that needs to be researched is what year Seville’s are the same as your friend.
If you look online at Louisville Kentucky Craigslist..... under for sale.... auto parts.... Then type in.... Cadillac Seville. There is a listing for someone who has a 1991 car he is parting out. Has a nice hood etc. This is where I would start looking. Honestly will take a lot of work to package these parts up....the expenses will be very substantial. Wish you luck Gil. NoCal |

I send people to Cadillac King in Pacoima, California. +818-890-0621 The guy is sometimes hard to work with, but he has a lot of parts.

Re: 1989 Cadillac
Thanks for the replies so far, guys. I appreciate that packing these parts, especially the hood will not be easy.
Not being familiar with the way you guys do things over there, I would never have known what has been posted so far. It will be a test to find my way through all of this from over here. I have had difficulty before where the dealer/seller won't deal with anyone outside the US. That puzzles me but there is nothing I can do about it. It just makes the task that much more difficult. I'll forward the responses so far to my friend and let him follow up.

Re: 1989 Cadillac
Look up the Cadillac/ Lasalle club. I just checked their website and they list six affiliated chapters in Australia.
