I'll take the one with the green springs too. It was made by Nova Clutch and I think it has a better chance of retaining the springs on the hub with it's two wings (don't know what else to call them) rather than just one as on the other disc. The grooves are preferred too, for cooling and also they allow the clutch to release easier.

The Nova parts were marketed as an improvement over OEM, which they were, but they haven't been in production for a while now.

the clutch disc should have cushioning wafer springs between the two friction sides to prevent chatter. look at the edge for for this cushion and separation.
