Default Balance weights moving

Balance weights moving is it possible for the balance weights on a 32 engine that a full circle weights to move in cause a slight vibration

rvye, Do you know who fitted the counterweights? If not, we have no idea how well they were fitted and I think it unlikely they would move if they were done well. Also, what is a slight vibration? I had one in which my wife had to tighten her bra straps.

You look at the picture close the balance weight has two marks on the crank into marks on the weight and they don’t line up I wonder if that’s the amount that it has moved

The only way to know for sure is to have it checked for balance.

We used to spot weld the cranks pins (pressed together) in our road racing Yamahas.

We did the same thing on the 650 Yamaha snow pro sled that we raced years ago

Take a hammer and punch and see if the full circle weight will move.
