Default Third Gen Automotive

Hey guys just an apology. For the last couple months we’ve had employee issues and I’ve had some personal manners that have both affect answering phones at the business. Starting next week we should hopefully be back full swing and within a few months hopefully better than ever. Thanks for the patience and to those that have purchased off our website.

A little tricky getting my order but it’s all good. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I recently (this past week) purchased a starter from you and, as usual, there were no issues.

No one is immune from troubles. I surely have had mine...

Just know that I have been ordering steadily from you and would not even have know there were any issues had you not mentioned it.

I wish you well brother and continued success!

Michael - Glad to hear things are better and sorry you had to go through all of that.

ThirdGen is my first source for flathead Ford parts and my web order was at my door only a few days from hitting the send button - Thanks!

It was great for you to "Man Up" and let the people know that you are still there for them.

You guys are the only ones that would have realized I DIDN'T really need three new 10" clutch packs and understood my ordering error. All good on my end .Thanks ,Tim

Last night I was searching ebay hoping for nos .020 rod beaings for 8ba. Did not see any in that size , but when I saw some aftermarket listed by 3rd Gen I Put my mind to rest and clicked 'buy now' as I have always heard such great things about you here on the 'Barn. Like others have said, family first.

Thank you for supplying the quality parts at fair prices. I had one issue last year with head bolts and that was corrected immediately by your team. Two purchases this year were flawless! Thank You.

It's always a pleasure doing business with Third Gen. Stuff happens and you have to take care of first things first. Old cars aren't the most important thing in my life, never have been and never will be. I'm sure I speak for others as well as myself when I say I appreciate your support for the hobby and dealing honestly and ethically with customers.
