Coupe rear window opener
So, short of a major project to install a roll down rear window in my coupe does anyone make a simple "swing open" set-up like this one offered back in the Model A days. Even this window would provide added ventilation and most importantly enable communication with the rumble seat passengers.
Anyone ever seen an original? Joe B |

Re: Coupe rear window opener
I haven't seen one, Joe, but I'll bet if you find one, it'll cost more than $12.

Re: Coupe rear window opener
In all of my years dabbling in Model A's (62 years), I have only seen one of the hinged rear windows and it was in a Coupe that belonged to a friend.

Re: Coupe rear window opener
Isn’t the rumble seat nicknamed MIL seat ? and why would you want to hear “ your driving to fast, to slow, turn here, go there, your a idiot? “ The roll down would be nice in a cp, I thought about a roll down in my Tudor, then how would I roll it down, forgetaboutit !
