Default Model A roadster pu top irons

Hi guys
I live in England and looking to build a folding roof for my 28/29 roadster pickup
Unable to get a roof frame locally, so anybody got plans , dimensions ect

you might start with an MG frame of old, and make adjustments........... or similar.

Roadster PU irons originally did not fold, so the "original" experts here, while willing, will likely not be able to help. You might contact Brookville Roadster, Brookville OH to see if they know of anyone. You could also post on the H.A.M.B. as many of those folks have done many and varied modifications.


One issue I see is there is no provision for resting the roof when down you will have to fabricate something, and the folded roof will foul the front of the bed area.

also speedway sells them and might have dimensions in their ad.
