The 5T cam was the standard Ford cam in most flatheads from the early 30's to 48. Their were some differences but only a cam grinder like Pete or others would know What they were. Yes the Flathead does have a nice idle, especially when you pull the choke out alittle.

Thanks Ron, but the stamping is F5 and T3, I did a little research and found that Weber used the letter F in their number designation, F1 thru F7

I doubt it's a Weber cam, but would really need to see a picture of the snout.

From the old Weber cams I've seen over the years, they would stamp the snout with one of two stampings; one was a Weber written out in a pretty cool script and the other was a block letter WEBER. The grind number was then stamped underneath.

Anything is possible, but try to post some pictures if you can.

Here is what I found. This is for a Weber F5S:

-Weber F5 S cam, duration: intake.265,exhaust.260, Lift: intake .340 exhaust.342.

I called Weber Cam and they no longer grind flathead cams. Bummer. I want a F-4 in the worst way.
