Can't get my drums to fit over new brakes 1934 Ford
Installed reclined brakes on my 34 Ford. Now I can't get the drums on. Any suggestions Did anyone else have this problem?

Assuming you have the adjusters backed off completely, the new shoes need to be ground to match the drum. This was very common practice back in the day. Just about every garage had a brake grinder. Not so today. Check around with local club members, likely someone has one or knows where one is. An old time brake shop may still hve one. I have one myself. It doesn't get much use, but is darn handy when needed.
