46fatford Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2010 Location: Indiana Posts: 338	vent window crank mechanism removal and installation ?s I'm in the process of removing my vent windows and crank mechanisms from my 41 Tudor sedan. I noticed that the crank mechanisms are riveted to the garnish moldings on one set of garnish moldings I have where as the other sets have bolts holding the crank stem part in. How do you reattach the riveted style cranks after you repair the gears? Are these a special type of rivet? any advice is much appreciated.
