Default Late 1932 Driveshaft Length

Hi,
I need to build a driveshaft for a late 1932 rear (the scalloped one that is the same as 1933-34). I have the original torque tube. Does anyone have one they could measure? If not, is the driveshaft 1.6” shorter than the torque tube for outside to outside? I have done a bunch of searching and there are several different lengths quoted.

I have a 1934 driveshaft to shorten, the transmission end is badly damaged on the bearing surface. I picked up a 1936 end, it is larger at the tube end. Has anyone turned one down to fit? What other years would be better to use? Is the early 1932 the same driveshaft size, but different on the pinion end?
Thanks
