Default The Friday Photo Without a Caption Contest

I have just about run out of Model A photos for you folks over here but thought you might enjoy The Friday Photo Without a Caption Contest. (they are usually non-Ford and if the majority of you don't like it here let me know and I will delete it) We have had some funny photos and a lot of fun so join in if you'd like....And have a great weekend.

You can leave your entry here or at The Old Motor and the winner is announced the following Friday along with the next photo.

Two men who built their own automobile were killed earlier today when a farm tractor rear ended them causing their seat back fuel tank to explode.

Mom said we could make some modifcations to her touring car, but I don't think this is what she had in mind!

NOT a caption, anyone else notice the oil leaking from the rear axle along the rim? Maybe some on the front as well?

I found this article in The Automobile from 1906 just before the race. The car above is one of the other of the three team cars. The text below tells you more about it. At the very bottom is a cross section showing the verticle combustion chamber and the horzontal valves. HOW COOL and it is 990 cubic inch!!

The "Nosemobile" would still be in production today but for a legal action for trademark infringement brought against them by Ransom Eli Olds.
