There were only under 5 million Model As made. I think you mean the 20 millionth Ford car.

I would be curious to hear the history on this car. Where did it go after that picture was taken and what happened to it after that. Seems odd that it would just be sold as just another car to live the typical life of a car from 1931 then require restoring.
