This just in. There will be NO New Year's Day Holiday next year.

Truth.

When a holiday falls on a Sunday, the observance will be on the Monday following.
When a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the Friday preceding.

Good Grief! That means we'll have to celebrate New Year's Eve with a hangover!
