I'd say that you have the whole shebang when it comes to a vacuum system.

If I drove the old 51 with efficiency in mind, the wipers would still function at highway speed but not very fast. The old 1953 3100 deluxe Chevy pickup I used to drive for work would crap out if a person was driving into the wind during a storm. If going the other direction it would work but slowly. Just enough to see until a truck went past. Ah, those were the days I tell ya.

Yours is the unit that was used, prior to mine, and I would like to stay with the later unit. For anyone looking, I will ask the price anyway.
