Default Front Bumper Bar Length 30/31"

What time mfg. build date range did they use a 60" bumper bar length vs 63" length for the 30-31 style bumpers? Keith

Snyder's catalog says "...until August 1930" for the longer version. RG&JS says "In August 1930, Ford reduced the length of the full bumpers from 62-7/8" to 60" (measured between the centers of the eyes in a straight line)."
