Re: First new Thread! How bout some pics!
My pair of flatheads.
I've had these a while. I bought the '34 in 1963 and the '35 in 1967. Haven't gotten tired of them yet ! Both cars are unrestored and each has less than 40,000 miles. But, they are getting close ! Last edited by FL&WVMIKE; 05-09-2010 at 03:21 PM. Reason: More info. |

Re: First new Thread! How bout some pics!
Alot of you are probably very Familiar with my Dad Richard (Early V8 Garage) Lacy and his postings to all your hydraulic brake questions and concearns. I'm his son Dennis and never posted on the previous Ford Barn but I intend to now that it has been updated to a current board style. I work with my Dad full time and make the parts for all those hydraulic brake kits and other products we offer as well as any other work that comes our way. My Dad's often been asked to post pictures but hasn't figured it out yet. So here's our two favorite rides, my '27 and his '34, in front of our shop.
And a few of us Pasadena Roadster Club guys on a run on East Fork Rd. in the mountains above Glendora, Ca.

This trusty coupe has taken us all over the western U.S. and Canada for the past 40 years. Last edited by deluxe40; 05-10-2010 at 12:24 PM. Reason: adding comment |

Re: First new Thread! How bout some pics!
Some really beautiful vehicles here! Mine's a bit newer ('56) than these but I'm hoping someday when I have room - and a budget - that there'll be an earlier Ford in my future.

Swaping the old flattie with the re-built unit...1934 5-window, 1950 flathead. I plan on painting her Washington Blue one day when cash permits!

Re: First new Thread! How bout some pics!
What the heck, I'll play.
Here's my 5 window, which my Dad bought in '64 for his first car. Dad in high school. My Dad's 3 window. He bought it in '92. Part of the fleet. My cousin and my Fordoor... The Force is strong in this one... (my son, 2 weeks old) at 14 months old... My cabriolet. It's going to be a pre-war custom, with a '41 flathead. The frame is painted but I can't find that pic at the moment.
