Starter Switch screws.
Can anyone out there inform me on the thread size of the 4 screws that hold the starter switch to the starter.

Bratton's lists them as 10-32 by 5/16"
https://www.brattons.com/29-31-START...uctinfo/16080/ Les Andrews mentions 10-32 by 5/16" round head on page 1-289 of Volume 1. Bert's lists 10-32 by 1/4" as mentioned above. Mike's A-fordable lists 10-32 by 5/16". https://www.mikes-afordable.com/product/A11450MB.html The sets all come with lock washers. I know you don't want them to be too long as they can short out the field coils. .

I would use the 5/16" screws, especially if you install a fuse fixture on the starter, which I would certainly recommend.
