Headlight Switch Plastic Puck
Hey All,
Does anyone know if there is someone selling the headlight switches plastic puck that's housed in the light switch bucket WITHOUT the wiring? Regards Bill |

Since you are on the west coast, I would think Sacramento Vintage Ford would have them since they make wiring harnesses.

The plastic ones have been reported to melt with high current or resistance. Use the LED headlight bulbs and make sure all the contacts are clean and bright and use some electrical grease. Or find an original one that is in good shape.

I have a NOS light switch terminal B-11653. Genuine Ford solder on type terminals.
