Default Crack in 28 AA rad crossmember

Crack in AA rad crossmember. Are the A the same ? Repair or replace ?

Replace. That is too far gone and cracked in too many places for me to feel safe to use even after welding.

I agree it's better to replace it otherwise you will have to reinforce it with some 1/8" plate or thicker.

I believe that the AA crossmembers are bigger than the A, but could very well be wrong. Where are you located?
