Without provenance, additional details like wood condition, and transmission type, it does seem a little too high in price. Maybe 1/2 the asking price.

That doesn't look like the house car that I seen on Chasing Classic Car show. Only a few made but it looked like a over sized doll house built on a Model A Chassis.

I think he's little high, $30k my guess.. Yes a project and than some but the rarity of it makes worth more.
