I want to find this a new home, but I'm not sure what it fits. It is tappered. I assume someone chromed it after it was made.

Try "The Swap Meet" at the top of the page in the red ribbon. You may have better luck.

This guy is looking for information, he's not sure what it fits. The " swap meet " is for selling an item you can identify, and price. Hope someone can help him.

Size of the glove box door would help.

It's definitely not 1942 to 48. I don't think it is 40 or 41. It may be a chromed 38 or 39, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Looks like 36 -37 Lincoln Zephyr. 38 - 39 is shaped the same but has a large circle indentation in the center where the handle fits.
