Need help on installing an open drive 3 speed with 39 box in stock 32 K member. How do you get a speedometer drive with this set up? The truck rear mount on the trans now has to be replaced with the 32 rubber ring style. What becomes of the speedo drive? Thanks in advance.

One approach is to make it work with the truck rear mount, perhaps modifying the frame's trans crossmember to match the later style since you are modifying the frame anyhow for the open drive.

You can't replace the rear truck mount with the 32 mount. You need the truck mount to support the open drive yoke. You will have to fabricate a part that attaches to the K member and will provide places to mount the truck mount support biscuits.
