Default Pasadena High School Model A Club --Update 8 of 8

As previously posted, the Pasadena High School Model A Ford Club raffled off its 1929 Model A Ford Roadster.

Pasadena High School (Bull Dogs) Model A Ford Club officers and teacher advisors pose with grand prize winners Haile & Steven Timmins (and new born) of Costa Mesa Calif. Also a five hundred dollar second place cash prize was won by John & Happy Begg (not pictured) of Irmo, South Carolina. Photos taken by Wilbert Smith Ph.D.

This update was taken to show our progress and to show the winners the status of the car they won. It is not finished to date and when they drive off with it we will again post an update.

Thank you all for the support you have given our Pasadena High School Model A Ford Club. We do truly appreciate the support of our Ford Barn friends.

What a great way to get the younger kids involved.

From start to finish...how long did it take to restore this car? (I realize it is not finished yet).

What is next on the list?

Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mreman:

This is a great story to indeed get the youth involved and preserve the hobby we all love for the future. I showed the Youtube to our Club to see if I could motivate them to do something similar (start a club at a high school).

My congratulations to all involve.

I do have a question? Is that color NIagara Blue LIght?
