Way cool ! There's a lot of $$ tied up in that.

My husband makes things out of used car parts too.

I once had a drop light, coiled on my roll-around tool box. Had a battery HIDDEN in the bottom & used a 12 Volt, RV bulb!

Really like the piston clock. Very creative

I made a hammer out of an old piston rod once, didn't change it at all...just used it as a hammer.

What a collection of creative ideas. That lamp is fabulous! Does the dash light work?

I have a HUGE connecting rod & piston, on a wood base, with a clock in the rod. It's from Don Schumachers' Top Fuel Dragster! it's #457, of only 500 made. My Son gave it to me.

I've thought about making bar stools out of AA worm drive rear end halves. Wouldn't take alot, find a thrust bearing and something that fits inside where the axle goes and mount a seat.

Great for garage art. Nice for the work bench but I would not put one in my office. Was it a one time creation or are they being sold. Wayne
