Default '32 door glass

Can someone tell me the easy way to get the door glass out and in of a '32 3 window, I've done it before but found it very challenging.

You have to disconnect the mechanism arms from the bottom of the horizontal steel channel, raise the window as far as it will go propping it up with something suitable such as a piece of wood, completely remove the window mechanism from the door inner panel and door, lower the window to the bottom of the door, remove the vertical steel channel on one side of the door, and then remove the window tilting it slightly to clear the upper part of the door.
