Phone is what I have used. Be aware that when he calls back, it most likely won't have a caller ID. Until I got a few calls from him, I let them go to a message. And missed his calls.

Robert Paul does an excellent job of rebuilding shocks and has been doing them for many years. He may not be the fastest, but that is a testament to the quality of his work.

Thanks, I am awaiting his return call with a couple of sets packaged and ready to ship. I used him before with great results. Just didn't remember if he had email or not. I am thankful for all the replies. Happy motoring!
