Default 10" Ford Tractor pressure plate

I have a new 10" Ford tractor pressure plate. It is the Long style with adjusting bolts on the fingers. The dimensions are the same as the pressure plate I took out of my F1. It does not have counter weights on the levers. Can I use that on my 8BA? Will it cause a stiffer clutch pedal? Anybody use one of these?

Those weights are not "counter weights", They are to provide more pressure to the disk by using the centrifugal force when spinning at high RPM.

I would not use it

It will have stronger springs to overcome the lack of weights. The tractor engine only revved to maybe 12-1500 RPM so not enough for the centrifugal effect. So you will likely have a stiffer pedal and the extra effort needed may wear out the linkage quicker.
