hello guys
i would like to know the original color of air cleaner and valve cover for 272 y block cars

Here's a link to a couple color charts. It only has some air cleaner colors and the valve cover column is also incomplete, but just passing it along for whatever it's worth.

i want to change the color of my air cleaner, it's blue..and horrible....
maybe black with new decal
and valve cover too
but i like argent too

Factory colors are: gloss black engine enamel for valve covers and argent silver for air cleaner.

Might have come off a MERC (air cleaner).
