Default Model T folks in Rockland/Westchester NY

I hope you don't mind a Model A guy jumping on the Model T discussion group.

I was called by two separate friends this week who each asked me to help them with their aging parent's Model Ts. I would like to help each get a base understanding of what needs to be checked/greased/tweaked regularly on the car as well as introduce them to the right people in the event they need help beyond these basics. I have suggested that they both find a Model T restoration and maintenance manual.

In this regard:

Are there any Model T clubs in Rockland County and Westchester County NY?
If so, who are the "go to guys" for the club?
What is the best restoration and maintenance manual?
Are there any good websites with "how to"s that they should start viewing?

Thanks, Seth

Same questions as before.... just a second attempt to illicit a response.

There was a club based in North Salem, don't know if they are still active, but you could contact
Francis Tuoti
8 Elizabeth Drive
North Salem, NY 10560
There is a link to him on the Model T Ford Club International web site. John

There are some very good tutorials on all things Model T on You Tube. Simply go to You Tube and type in Model T in the search panel. As much as I hang out here on the 'barn for early V8 stuff, the Model T section here is somewhat quieter. The place to be for all things T is the Model T Ford Club of America [MTFCA] forum: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/708324/708324.html
Ask your questions there, you'll surely solicit several helpful answers. Good luck, Brian

Thank you John and Brian. John, I noticed you are in Rhinebeck. One of the cars is actually in Peekskill.
