Default Another Heater Question

Attached is a picture of my manifold on my 29 coupe. Can someone tell me what brand of heater manifold this is? Is it an Autolite? If so, what kind of "hood" do I need to use it?

(I know I have he wrong kind of "bolt" holding the distributor in)

Thanks

Not a Autolite.. , and i am almost sure a Autolite will not fit . unless it clears that angle piece in front???looking at the rear the autolite is straight across .

that's an unusual one. I've never seen one like it. Its similar to an Autolite, in that the top cover is held on by two bolts, but the base does not look like it would accept an Autolite top. The waffle on an Autolite is one continuous waffle with a hole to access the distributor lock nut. You can try out some tops using some sort of gasketing to seal the bottom, but you might have to fabricate one from sheet metal.

I have seen these on ebay and I think that is probably where you will have to find the top.

Back by the rear of the intake is a mold mark of some sort what is it? Might be a clue as to what it is or who made it.

Fred, My Autolite heater cover mounting bolt spacing is 7" if that helps. It doesn't look like that cover will fit your manifold. The left hand bolt on mine is much closer to the distributor than yours.
