Default Logo Lite problem

I just installed logo lites on the delivery and I can't them to work. I have power to the controller and to all the wires that plug into the controller. I tried putting a separate ground wire to the light brackets and still no luck. I'm wondering if the plug or the controller could be bad. Any suggestions?

Mitch, I followed the instructions exactly and tried everything I can think of to find a cause. I guess I 'll call the company and see what they have to say.

OK, my advice is do NOTHING until you call the company. Failure to do so could void any warranty.

If you choose to ignore my advise then remove the green plug.
Take a test light and go from the chassis to the power fuse on the connector. If it lights you have good power to controller. If not check the fuse holder.
Take a paper clip and place it in the connector that has the power.
Take the other end and momentarily touch each of the light connections and have a helper notice if the lights flash.

If all these tests work, test light lights, each "bulb" flashes, you have a controller issue in my opinion. (and you know what they say about opinions).

Per the instructions above polarity is automatically compensated for by the controller.

I decided I would redo the wires in the green plug one more time (the 4th time ) before I called the company. Didn't do anything different and don't why but now they work , so I guess the issue was the plug but I still don't know what.

I have a set of these brand new still in the box, never installed. Bought them back in 2014, kind of lost interest in the A as I never make it far enough to really use them....

I opened the box and do not see any mention of which version. Just a warning about bypassing their controller and trashing the LED's.

Those green connectors are very easy to slip the wire in too far and your tightening against the insulation. OR ive had it where the contact vs wire size was a bit misproportioned and saw the wire got between the side and the screw providing a poor contact VS being under the screw. ive also seen the screws be overtightened and cut the wire...

also sometimes the male and female parts have to be pushed together really tight to make contact internally.

once yoube been screwed by them a few times you learn thier tricks...
